....... Last night rocked - thanks to all those who organised it! It was soo awesome to be part of a worship band (albiet for one night) - i miss worship! And RAGE band was on yesterday morning to mixed reviews - a couple of people said it was too loud to which i say "you're too old - hurry up and die!"***
But yeah it's great to see young peoples getting up and using their abilities and gifts to worship God!! That's awesome!

I'm blogging! But i have nothing to blog about except the following

Star Wars - emfh! Didn't really float my P&O Fairstar but you get that! And good to see the good old odean hasn't changed - the seats are still as comfy as a pole up ya clacker, and i would have more leg room in the back of Jake Turnbulls Nissan Exa which for the record, was not roomy - i had more room coming out of the birth canal than that puppy!!! I think i got DVT*** - that and a case of the "HUH????" Rhian and I had no idea what was going on - but Ben Dawson, Rich Gamble and Ben Lauter (who were sitting next to us) seemed to get the drift of it and loved every minute of it - and even Nath Pratt is a Star Wars fan - i thought at least Nath Pratt would be with me - but no, he's a freakin' star wars nut too!!! So now i have to see 4,5,6 to complete this experience! So if anybody wants to watch them with me and act as a narrator please be my guest - coz i ain't got no idea :)

And also - my golf is PHENOMINAL! Yes, that's right sports fans PHENOMINAL!!! Well it was last wednesday, but all can change in a week!

So i hope this will suffice all you bloggers who think i have gone to the darkside of actually talking to people about my day as opposed to going

April 28, 2005 -- Beatty Chadwick is only months away from the dubious distinction of the longest time served ever for contempt of court.
On April 5, 1995, he went behind bars. But he could walk out of jail anytime he wants, according to the Pennsylvania court that put him there.
All he has to do is tell the court where to find the millions of dollars the judge says he has hidden away. He has spent nearly 10 years in jail to prevent his ex-wife from getting her share of the wealth.
Bobbie Chadwick says she had no reason to see her ex-husband remain in jail. She says she has wished "he would come to his senses and realize, 'OK, life is short, this is crazy.' "
But Beatty Chadwick, who worked as the top lawyer for an international corporation in Philadelphia, told "Primetime Live" correspondent Jim Avila that he is not keeping anything from his wife.
"I don't control the cash," he said. "They haven't been able to establish that, despite the fact that they have run up a large bill in the process."
A Controlled Life
How did a divorce get this ugly? Bobbie was Chadwick's second wife — 18 years his junior. She says theirs was once a lifestyle of luxurious homes, manicured lawns, 5:00 cocktail hours, full-course dinners by candlelight and classical music.
But Bobbie said her ex-husband was also powerfully controlling. Despite all their wealth, she says she was given a relatively small household budget of $600 a month.
She was expected to clean out the mansion's elegant pool, mow the 3 ½ acres of lawn, and cook those elaborate candlelit dinners — alone, with no household help.
"I ended up making all my clothing. I lived what looked like an opulent life, but I did it on a very tiny little budget," she said.
Bobbie says sex was even on a strict schedule: Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30, no variations.
She says the final straw was the day Beatty demanded she ration her use of toilet paper — just six sheets per bathroom visit.
Beatty said "the divorce was her idea and was a complete shock to me."

Meanwhile, the clock is ticking as Beatty Chadwick's health deteriorates. He has been treated for non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, which could recur at any time. "Here he is, 10 years, he knows he's not well," Bobbi told "Primetime."
"And he's willing to just waste the rest of his life, a good chunk of his life. He's 68 years old. Ten years. He'll never get it back."
Bobbie — who is now a landscape painter living a simpler life on the rocky coast of Maine — recently reached the point where she can earn a living selling her art. She's hoping, but not counting on, ever getting a big payday.
Asked if she thought she would ever get the money, Bobbi replied: "I have spent the last 12 years building a life not depending on ever seeing a cent."
After a decade, Chadwick has finally started to cooperate with the court. So the judge was able to hire forensic accountants to try and track down the money. They should make their report soon — and at that point the judge could decide to set him free.

..... AP - The US central bank says that if you're gorgeous, chances are better that you will get paid more than plain looking people.
Analysis by the Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis suggests that good-looking people tend to make more money and get promoted more often than those with average looks.
The analysis is published in the April edition of The Regional Economist, the Fed's quarterly magazine.
Research analyst Kristie Engemann and economist Michael Owyang looked at the possible link between appearance and wages by evaluating previous surveys and research. Their conclusion: It helps to be tall, slender and attractive.
Less clear was whether the less attractive are victims of bias, or if good-looking people tend to develop self-confidence and social skills that simply enhance their marketability.
"It doesn't seem like anti-discrimination laws, even if you enforce them strictly, would be a magic bullet," Owyang said.
The researchers cited one study that found a "plainness penalty" of nine per cent in wages - meaning a person with below-average looks tended to earn nine per cent less than those with average looks - and a "beauty premium" of five per cent.
A study concerning weight showed that women who were obese earned 17 per cent lower wages than women of average weight.
Height matters, too, the researchers believe. One study looked at the height of 16-year-olds and the wages they earned later as adults. The taller teens went on to earn an average of 2.6 per cent more per additional inch of height.
"Maybe they developed extra confidence early on that their shorter counterparts didn't have," Engemann said.
The researchers also cited a survey by journalist Malcolm Gladwell showing that the average chief executive is 7.5 cm taller than the average man.
While a typical American male stands 1.76 metres, Gladwell's study found that about one-third of CEOs are 1.88 metres.
Jean Seawright, a human resources consultant from Winter Park, Florida, said the analysis backs up what she sees in the workplace.
"To some degree, it's that the (boss) is drawn to certain characteristics, and they tend to put more weight on that," Seawright said. "What can happen, unfortunately, is that they miss more important job-related traits.
"It hurts employment in the long-run because there are talented people out there who are not tall, blond, slender and attractive," Seawright said.
Engemann and Owyang said that in some cases, the attractive are simply more self-confident because of their good looks.
For jobs where interpersonal interaction is important, that increased confidence can result in better communications skills that may improve job performance.
"Employers might believe that customers or co-workers want to interact with more-attractive people," the researchers wrote.

....... Saturday was a great day of parties

So i went to an 18th (had a great time Muzza) and then went to a 21st (had a great time Wambam) and then on sunday made a triumphant return to the keys for a cameo performance with the worship band - had a shocker don't think i'll be pulled back from my hiatus anytime soon!
I've come to conclusion that putting a microphone in front of me is a bad idea coz i don't think about what i say - it just comes out!

Oh and just keep the name Angus McCallum in the back of your minds - he's the next big thing in cooking infotainment!

...... I think today is probably the most important day in the church's calendar - why?? Because the whole reason we are christians is because Jseus rose from the dead and he is now preparing a place in heaven for those who love him. It's not so much that Jesus died - it's the fact that he rose again! He conquered death - that's the basis of our christianity!!! And i think that's worth getting excited about!

In other news....... I do not have a CD coming out on Monday!

Things City Rail Have Taught Me.......

1) Yesterday i was having me regular St Leonards to Pymble Snooze - i wake up before we get to Turramurra so i don't miss me stop! And as i woke up i heard this voice "Ladies and Gents could I see your tickets please" and this transit officer was checking everyone's tickets - and this dude infront of me was sound asleep - and i thought bargain, a sure fire way to get out of ticket inspection - aparantly not. They just wake you up!!
So moral to the story: You can't sleep through City Rail inspections!

2) This morning on the sardine express the train was heaps wuiet coz everyone was midning their own business. And then this dude was about as big as free willy (as in the whale!) and he started snoring - i have never ever seen anything more hilarious in my whole life - it was the funniest thing i have seen!
Moral to the story: Fat people snoring - priceless!!!

So anyways

Was feeling sick as yesterday so got sent home from work - and then had to cancel with James S (sorry James) and then Gap last night i was struggling because I had a temp and my head was killing - but about 9 hours sleep seemed to do the trick so i went with Ez to see Lachie Cameron (who can't be called Ringo anymore coz he cut his hair!!!) win his Grand Final

They guys were really excited coz they guys were going round singing "we are grand final winners, we are grand final winners" and then some blokes bitchy little sister goes "um... it's C Grade!!) And i thought that wasn't very nice !

So Lachie Cameron gets the MVP award (well I'm giving him that award - not too sure if he actually received it on the day!)
Erin gets the B.A.B* award for not having a heated debate about DNA and genetics with some woman in the grandstand!
And Muz and Lach get the Thanks for coming award :)!!!

So yeah and then after a quiet afternoon at home and after being doped up on the Panadol I'm feeling alright!!! :)

And the "Poo" Award for yesterday goes to the lawyer in this story

.... Today while sitting on St Leonards station waiting for my suprisingly on time train - some bloke comes up to me and goes "Do you think they'll ever put the four train lines in here?"
Um i'm sorry "WHat the??"
Didn't catch his name and he proceeded to tell me the history of City Rail and then the train came and i thought bargain here's my chance to get away from him - but no he followed me in and continued talking to me, he also talked about the building of the hawksbury bridge and how that was constructed.
And then he was still talking to me as he walked out of the train at chatswood - o.k so like bye!!

And all the time i was going "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU??!?!"""

I've decided there must be a sign on my head that tells every freaking weirdo to come talk to me coz i need to be educated on city rail history.....! Coz today's incident is not the first time!

The Weekend That Was.....

..... All in all a good weekend

Friday Night : Ice blocking - very much the fun! The car trip there and back was fun too - altho if i hear that damn Hilary Duff song one more time i will freaking kill somebody!!!

Saturday: Was the day of cleaning - cleaning is so theraputic - so the room is spotless, the inside of the car is immaculate untill i dirtied it again on sunday :(. Saturday night was SNT then Fiona's 21st - not a bad night at all

Sunday: Went to church in the morning - then went to Castle Towers to change the shirt michelle got me for my birfdy - then went for a mega bushwalk (only 2.5 k's but hell there were lots of hills) so that nearly killed me!
Then church where I think David is trying to up stage Phil and Neil by preaching the longest sermon in the history of the universe - shame too coz David's sermons were short and crisp and too the point- but hey it was still goooood!!! then MAcca's!

So yeah - all in all not too bad!

And this morning - hands up if you hate city rail (lachie has his hand up right now!)

Well the BBQ is up and running - had it's maiden voyage yesterday for lunch! Cooked up some steaks and some Chicken (for me mum!) so all in all it was quite good!!

.... The following things happened today

1) Got a BBQ cover form my Grandma for me b'day!
2) Went to Luna park coz me bro got free tickets from work - yeah! But then on the pirate ship i thought i'd be right if i put me phone in me back pocket and sit on it so it wouldn't fall out - my phone dropped from about a heigh of 60m and smashed into a gazillion peices!!! :( But i got both sets of keys that also went flying out of me pockets!!
3) My bbq is ready to go !! Tho i had to miss SNT To do it - (whoops!)

all in all a good day - and i get my bro's old phone which was better than the one i had any ways!!

Will, Debs, Lachy (Ringo) Ben and Myself went to visit Muzza & Libbyarna's new digs in the quaint lil suburb of mascot - we original aimed ot get there at 7:30 - but not bad considering we got lost and were late leaving - so we got there at 8:30 and then left at 10:20 coz it was a school night (SORRY MRS CAMERON!!)

& Howie put out a challenge to us all to beat his manly effort of bench pressing 80 kilos - i did 105 so i was mighty proud - but Howie you will always still be buff in my eyes!!!!

A Welsh rugby fan has reportedly cut off his own testicles to celebrate Wales beating England at rugby.
Geoff Huish, 26, was so convinced England would win Saturday's match he told fellow drinkers at a social club, "If Wales win I'll cut my balls off", the Daily Mirror reported today.
Friends at the club in Caerphilly, south Wales, thought he was joking.
But after the game Huish went home, severed his testicles with a knife, and walked 200 metres back to the bar with the testicles to show the shocked drinkers what he had done.
Huish was taken to hospital where he remained in a seriously ill condition, the paper said. Police told the paper he had a history of mental problems.
Wales's 11-9 victory over England at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff was their first home win in 12 years.

So hopefully the express post envelope (which is twice the size of the card) get's to Chrissy on time...coz i raced to the Post office at 2:00 on Friday arvo going "oh crap i need this card to go to QLD by monday" and the dude (who strangely enough wasn't Australia - go figure!!) siad "Mate you need Express Post" so express post i did - so right about now in Sunny QLD there should be a huge envelope with not much inside arriving at Chrissy's letterbox!!!

But yeah Happy Valentine's Day to you all - it's the onetime you give your wife/ girlfriend flowers when you HAVEN'T done something wrong LOL!!!

... Well today was Erin's surpirse belated second 21st brithday in two weeks, it's not really my party coz i don't like attention birthday!!!

So that was fun - and then i went to visit me best mate Mattie (From HBC church) for his birthday and then found he was up the mountains. He hasn't seen the earing or the headshaving yet - oh yeah and i got my head shaved!!!

All in all fun days work - so yeah tonight is SNT - Chrissy won't be there :( But all me other hombre's will be so that's good then another 21st tonight - i tells ya i don't like being this social!!! No actually i do like it!

...... I would have to say today has been a good day.

Jason's wedding was heaps noice and that! And If Phillipa and Jason have kids i reckon they'll be about 4"2 :) So yeah that was good!!
Then SNT - first one for the year - and i thought by all accounts it was pretty good - Quater Sessions (Brett's band) was heaps fully cool and that!! They prayed for Chrissy (she's going to QLD in three days!!! DOH!!) and then we went to manly!
It was good coz I'm hanging out with people who I haven't hung out with on a regular basis not because i don't like em - just because we just don't usually hang - so it's good!!!!
Got some sand in places i never knew sand could be found thanks to Rucas and Mattie, who I think are top blokes!! And i had the BEST pizza all the way from Istanbul - well the Istanbul Pizza and Kebab shop and manly - you should all try it - it's the bomb!!!!

So i'm stuffed - i just had to blog this so Rucas would have something to comment on LOL!!

Oooh and I loose my wakeboard virginity tomorrow - will it be a one night stand or a life long romance find out tomorrow!!!!

...... Lachie's new years resolutions were as follows;
1) No McDonald's for 6 months - Caved in on 23rd Jan
2) Get fit - Still looking promising
3) Swear a heap of a lot less - Past 3 days going really well
4) Catch up with friends more - Still looking promising
5) Get up earlier and not sleep in as much and not waste days - Breaking even

So yeah i'm friends again with McDonald's - what ya gonna do right?!?!?!
So here's the thing tho I managed to get the last four all rolled into one - "tell us more Lach" i hear you say

Well I got up at 7:30am for me on saturday is a huge thing - so i didn't sleep in! Then i went to me mate Michelle's house (A friend who I caught up with) and not one profanity came out of my mouth (except one or five but they were all in context) and Shell and I wnt for 45 minute bush walk so i'm getting fit - not bad Lachie.

About to go to Jason Mok's Wedding rehersal before actual wedding this arvo (man everyone is getting married!!)

And hooorah (i'm turning into JK Gower i'm saying everything she's saying - not good!! :)) for Lachy Jnr and Tamuzza who brought me back something from New York - you people absoloutely rock!!!

..... Every Friday (well almost every friday) i go across the road to the sandwich shop - noice people noice food. And I love going over there coz I get to flirt with the 65 year old greek lady who i swear would be cleaning houses if she didn't have arthritis - you know the kind!!
So every friday it goes like this
Greek Lady: "Hullo Darlink vat you like todays?"
Lachie: "Yeah g'day I'll have a round whitebread roll with roast chicken thanks"
GL: "Any salt/pepper?"
L: "Na I'm good - don't like pepper or salt"
GL: "O.k there you go - you very handsome man"
L: "Oh stop it, alright have a good weekend!!!"

And i'm like sweet - i get some compliments and a good sandwich - BUT TODAY WAS DIFFERENT

She decided to get a bit more chitty chatty and asked what my name was so the convo is going like this.... (this is midway thru convo BTW)

This has to be the week of freaky, we're all gonna die dreams. Tues night was the tree on the roof potential and then last night i dreamt that I was all big and famous and i moved to California. And then I was going to my beach house down in Malibu and then this huge Tsunami came - and it was totally bizarre. Is this a sign I'm gonna die or am I just afraid of all things water?

O.k so let's get back to it - at lunch now so that's pretty good!
So like i had this weird weird weird dream last night right!! Because there was a big mother typhoon last night (or maybe just a thunder storm!) we have this MASSIVE and I mean MASSIVE - one more time for impact - MASSIVE gum tree behind our house in the neighbours yard and it's huge!! So i dreamt that i couldn't get to sleep because I was worried that the tree would fall on our house and kill me - so I dreamt that I couldn't get to sleep and as a result i'm really tired when really i probably had a good nights sleep but just dreamt i didn't!!! Hmmmmm!

And i've decided every Friday (starting Friday 11th February) that I'm going to give the weekly "Poo" award,named after the one and only Mark Phillapoooooooooooooooooooooooosis, given to those people in the world that you just go "What were you on when you did that?"!!!
Why give an award for that and name it after the poo?? Well when he broke up with Delta everybody went "What were you on when you did that?"!!!
